- Integrates with ArduPilot
- Dual shock absorption
- 16-channel output
- Built-in OSD
- Supports RTK navigation
The RadioLink PIX6 Flight Controller is designed to seamlessly integrate with the ArduPilot open-source ecosystem. It is compatible with various ground control stations for parameter tuning and firmware upgrades, including Ludi, open-source, QGC, and Feiyu stations. The device boasts full compatibility with open-source ArduPilot firmware, ensuring a wide range of applications across different platforms.
This flight controller features mechanical and software dual shock absorption, enhancing the precision of positioning, especially in high-speed modes. It effectively filters out high-frequency vibrations, ensuring the accuracy of sensor data at all times. Even without a shock-absorbing mount, helicopters equipped with the PIX6 can lock tails precisely and maintain stable flight. The unit comes with 16 output channels and supports digital and analog image transmission, providing a high-quality solution for various vehicle types.
The built-in OSD module allows for real-time graphical display of flight information, such as flight direction and location, without the need for an external module. This feature is particularly beneficial for first-person view (FPV) flights, offering pilots a direct and intuitive understanding of the aircraft’s status and coordinates. The flight controller can display a wealth of flight data, including flight mode, distance, GPS count, latitude and longitude, vertical speed, magnetic deviation, current time, battery voltage, current, wind speed, home direction, actual flight path, vibration status, and speed orientation.
The PIX6 flight controller is equipped with a unique fully automated testing system, ensuring high-quality assurance and surpassing traditional manual testing methods. With over a decade of market validation, this automated testing system guarantees the quality of each product. The controller supports a wide range of vehicle models, including multi-rotors, helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, VTOLs, cars, boats, underwater robots, submarines, and agricultural vehicles. It also allows for secondary development, enabling customization based on project requirements.
Furthermore, the PIX6 supports RTK for unlimited application potential, enhancing precision in tasks such as autonomous driving and smart agriculture. It features automatic return-to-home and geofencing capabilities, ensuring compliance with national drone regulations and safe operation within designated airspace. The dual GPS design offers improved interference resistance, higher accuracy, and enhanced safety. The built-in dual gyroscopes, BMI088 and ICM42688-P, provide an additional layer of security by automatically switching to the secondary gyroscope in case of a primary gyroscope anomaly.
